Brian was a great help fixing a plumbing issue. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Explained everything very clearly and was incredibly helpful with his recommendations and information.

Called after 5pm with a leak in bathroom seeping into basement thru floor. Had a call back within 40 minutes with appointment scheduled for next morning. Many more unexpected problems surfaced while repairman was working including structural damage. Shogun handled everything quickly and efficiently even working over to complete the job so bathroom could be used that night. They went above and beyond to remedy the problem. Great service and very pleasant workmen who explained as they needed to homeowner. I Definitely recommend this business. I have used them for many years and they are always my first call for plumbing or hvac problems. They have responded to every call with professionalism and ability to get the job done effectively.
Great service, We had recently moved to our new house and transferred our service. Right after moving in we had to have some repairs for a leaking tank less water heater, everything was fixed quickly, much better, to include previous repairs.
Ridge came out, quoted me a reasonable price on a complete system replacement. There was a delay on receiving the unit due to COVID but he kept me informed on the progress. As soon as all the parts were in, we set an installation date. He was on time, professional and the removal and installation of the new unit was completed in a day. I've been enjoying heating and cooling for the last 2 seasons with no issues. I would HIGHLY recommend!!
Our furnace quit working during a week when the temperatures were below freezing. I was referred to Shogun Services by a co worker and was not disappointed. The owner arrived shortly after my call. The issue was diagnosed quickly and although the replacement motor was not available for several days, the company stayed in touch and made several calls to confirm that the part was still under warranty. They are responsive, professional and reasonable. I will recommend this company to others and use them again.

I recently had my A/C heat pump system go out. Shogun responded quickly. Robert, our tech, took the time to explain what was wrong and worked with us to get it fixed in a timely manner. He kept in contact with us as the units were ordered and shipped. and was able to get the unit installed and up and running the same day they received it.
