Residential Service Plumber

Shogun is looking for a skilled Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in doing quality work, communicates professionally with homeowners, and wants to grow with a company built on honor, accountability, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities may include:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform water heater repairs, replacements, and change-outs
- Troubleshoot sewer and drain line issues
- Repair or replace toilets, faucets, fixtures, water lines, and drain piping
- Complete whole-home plumbing evaluations and system inspections
- Identify customer needs and provide professional plumbing solutions
- Recommend and install water filtration, purification, and leak detection systems when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Document job details, materials used, and customer recommendations accurately
- Perform additional related duties as needed

Qualifications
The right candidate will have:
- Residential plumbing service experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to explain plumbing issues and present options clearly
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A self-motivated, professional attitude
- Sound judgment and the ability to work independently
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and company standards
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements
This role requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, crawling, and working in confined areas. Team members must be able to lift, carry, and move tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in residential plumbing service.
